Victoria Trading Estate, Maple

HL were appointed as the civil and structural engineer to deliver three new industrial units in Oldham at Victoria Trading Estate for Maple Grove. 

HL Engineers were responsible for the preparation of all civil and structural design information for the project including steel frames, foundations , new external pavements, below ground drainage and S278 & S38 connections to the highway. 

Working closely with the client and contractor, Eric Wright, we were able to ensure that the project was delivered on time and on-budget. This was achieved by working closely with the team to understand and mitigate ground and other risks early in the design process.
