HL completed a client monitoring role for a complex programme of façade remedial works to this prominent building on Liverpool’s waterfront. Reporting to the developer, funding banks and other stakeholders HL were responsible for reporting on the technical compliance of the repair works completed by the design and build contractor.

 

During the 12-month period of works HL completed twice-weekly inspections of the façade repairs, including witnessing of CWCT hose testing to BS EN 13051:2001.

 

Inspection works were completed using rope access and cradles on the outside of this 13-storey building.
